Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to United States and Canada.

We are using FedEx International shipping.
If you would like to ship an item to anywhere else, please contact us!

How much is shipping?

We want everyone to experience our products, so shipping fees are free.
You also do not need to pay import duties upon package's arrival.

When will my order ship?

We estimate that your items will process and ship in 3-7 business days.

Where is my order?

Once we ship your order, we will send you the shipping notification email with FedEx tracking number.
Please note that it may take 24 hours until the tracking appears on courier's website.

If your order cannnot be found after 7 days, please contact help@objcts.io with your order number.

Do I have to pay import duties when I order an item?

No, we ship an item in terms of delivery and duty paid, so you do not need to pay import duties upon arrival!

What is your return policy?

Yes, we accept returns in following cases.
(1) The Product is defective
(2) The received Product differs from the order content
(3) The Product is damaged during shipping
(4) The Company accepts the Product as a defective product
(5) The return request is made within 7 days upon arrival.

Please note that, we cannot accept return under these conditions.
(1) The Product has been used
(2) The Product is returned without prior notification (please notify us of the return in advance when returning the Product)
(3) When 7 days or more have passed since arrival of the Product
(4) If the Product (including but not limited to its box and accessories) is damaged, soiled, or broken, or if the Product has an odor, etc.
(5) When the Product has been used at least once or when the maintenance has been done to the Product
(6) Products that the Company has informed are not eligible for return, such as sale items, discounted items, or outlet items

Return and exchange process may take up to 2 weeks.
